Overview

Wireless Circuits - LX laboratory has the following measurements capabilities:

- On-wafer probing or coaxial format up to 67GHz.
- Small-signal S-parameters up to 67GHz.
- Signal spectrum up to 50GHz.
- Noise-figure up to 50GHz.
- Phase-noise up to 50GHz.
- Digital modulation and demodulation of signals up to 6.7GHz.
- CW generation up to 40GHz.
- DC precision curve tracer.

The laboratory facilities are oriented toward the characterization of monolithic radio and high frequency integrated circuits and systems. Also modeling activities in individual active and passive componentes have been performed.
