Está disponível a versão atualizada do Código de Ética e Conduta do IT (versão em português).

Esta versão revista do Código prevê os valores e referências pelos quais o IT se rege, que agora transpõe o previsto legalmente, em particular o Decreto-Lei nº109-E/2021, de 9 de dezembro, que consagra o Regime Geral de Prevenção da Corrupção (RGPC), e a reafirmação dos compromissos éticos que sustentam a cultura organizacional do IT e sua equipa, baseados no mérito, respeito, cooperação, equidade e diversidade. 

Esta leitura deve ser complementada com o Manual e Plano de Prevenção de Riscos Corrupção e Infrações Conexas, para o Regulamento Geral da Prevenção da Corrupção (RGPC) do referido Decreto-Lei n.º 109-E/2021, de 09/12, conforme estabelecido no seu Art.º 1º alínea b), e tendo presente a Recomendação do Conselho de Prevenção da Corrupção de 1 de julho de 2025.

The updated version of the IT Code of Ethics and Conduct is now available (Portuguese version).

The Code sets out the reference values ​​by which IT is governed, which now formalizes what is legally provided for, in particular by Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021, of December 9th, which underlines the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC) and the reaffirmation of the ethical commitments that support the organizational culture of IT and its team, based on merit, respect, cooperation, equity and diversity.

Please complement this reading by consulting the Risk of Corruption Prevention Plan, (PT version), as mentioned in the General Corruption Prevention Regulation (the already referred DL n.º 109-E/2021, de 09/12), specifically in Article 1, b), and taking into account the Council Recommendation on Corruption Prevention, effective as of July 1, 2025.
