Instituto de Telecomunicações (IT) was elected to the Governing Bodies of AED - Aeronautic, Space and Defence Association for the 2023-2024 biennium, past March 28th.

IT assumed responsibilities on the Space sector commission, jointly with LUSOSPACE, OMNIDEA, and FHP.

AED Cluster Portugal, which IT is a member of, involves more than 100 Portuguese entities, working in the Aeronautics, Space, and Defence sectors. The AED members, Companies, Institutes and Academia, share significant synergies in multiple industrial, research, and engineering domains.
