Bio

Dr. Carlos Senna (male) is currently a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Instituto de Telecomunicações in Aveiro, Portugal. He received the Ph.D. (2014) degrees in Computer Science from the University of Campinas, Brazil, and he is working in research related to computer networks and distributed systems. Over the last years he was involved in several research projects (Horizon Project: A New Horizon to The Internet, Support for Orchestration of Resilient and Reliable Services In the Fog (SORTS), and Europe - Brazil Collaboration of Big Data Scientific Research Through Cloud-Centric Applications (EUBRA BIGSEA)), and he is currently involved in projects such as S2MovingCity: Sensing and Serving a Moving City.
